1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reflect Motion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reflect Motion is an AI-powered movement analysis platform that uses computer vision to provide real-time pose estimation, exercise scoring, and coaching feedback. The Service is provided via web browser and does not require software installation.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Reflect Motion is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The movement analysis, scores, and AI-generated coaching commentary are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.

4. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

6. Coach-Client Relationships

Reflect Motion facilitates connections between coaches/practitioners and their clients. We are not a party to the coach-client relationship and are not responsible for the quality of coaching, advice, or treatment provided. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate qualifications and insurance for their jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

The Reflect Motion platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Reflect Motion. You retain ownership of your session data and recordings. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflect Motion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
